Brokerage commissions charged by SSIF Romcapital SA for online active trading accounts are:

On opening the account, the brokerage commission is negociated on the daily value of portfolio and/or cash on deposit. Subsequently, it is calculated the cumulative daily turnover (sales + buying) of the latest 90 calendar days, and the brokerage commission changes starting with the next day after exceeding the thresholds in the table above.

 

Other banking fees and commissions:

SSIF Romcapital S.A. does not charge commissions and fees for:
  • - Account opening and monthly subscription;
  • - Stock transfer taxes to / from BSE (Bucharest Stock Exchange) records;
  • - Cash deposit at the pay desk / bank account;
  • - Cash transfer in the bank account of the client at the same bank / other bank than the intermediary's;
  • - Rate of 0.08% due NSC, applied to the value of purchase transaction is supported by SSIF Romcapital SA from the brokerage commission;
  • - Settlement costs of trading commissions.
 

NSC fee

According to Regulation no. 7/2006 regarding the income of National Securities Commission published in the Official Monitor no. 306/05.04.2006, financial investment services companies, which are trading on capital markets are required, subject to the daily transaction reports issued by the Bucharest Stock Exchange, to withhold from the client buyer account a rate of 0.08%, applied to the value of purchase transactions. Tax due to NSC is deducted from the brokerage commission.

SSIF Romcapital S.A. also has the obligation to calculate and to withhold a tax of 1% applied for benefits, representing the pozitive difference between the selling price and buying price, both for securities held for more than 365 days, and for securities held for less than 365 days.
